Modern Slavery Statement

Tresmontana Ltd

Document Ref: TM-MS-001 | Issue Date: March 2025 | Review Date: March 2027

1. Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by Tresmontana Ltd to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business operations and supply chains.

Tresmontana Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in any form. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and to implementing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place within our business or supply chains.

2. Our Business

Tresmontana Ltd is a specialist provider of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Lifting Equipment Examination, and Rope Access Inspection services, operating across the energy and industrial sectors. We operate onshore and offshore, in the UK and internationally. Our supply chain principally comprises specialist technical personnel, equipment suppliers, and professional services providers.

3. Our Policies

Tresmontana Ltd maintains the following policies that support our commitment to combating modern slavery:

  • This Modern Slavery Statement — setting out our zero-tolerance position and the steps we take to prevent exploitation

  • Our Privacy Policy — ensuring the responsible and lawful handling of personal data

  • Our Terms and Conditions of Purchase — including obligations on all suppliers to comply with applicable legislation

All individuals and organisations that work with or on behalf of Tresmontana Ltd are expected to familiarise themselves with our position on modern slavery and to conduct themselves accordingly.

4. Due Diligence

Tresmontana Ltd takes the following steps to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery in its operations and supply chain:

  • Engaging only with suppliers and subcontractors who demonstrate compliance with applicable employment laws and ethical standards

  • Including anti-slavery and human trafficking obligations in supplier terms and conditions where appropriate

  • Encouraging the reporting of any concerns regarding modern slavery or human trafficking, whether within our business or supply chain

  • Reviewing our supply chain periodically to assess and address any areas of potential risk

5. Risk Assessment

Tresmontana Ltd operates primarily in the regulated energy and industrial inspection sector in the UK and offshore. The nature of our operations — working with qualified, certified professionals under strict regulatory frameworks — is considered to carry a relatively low inherent risk of modern slavery. However, we remain vigilant, particularly in relation to any international operations or engagement of third-party personnel.

6. Reporting Concerns

Any person who has concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking — whether within Tresmontana Ltd or in our supply chain — is strongly encouraged to report those concerns to the Managing Director as soon as possible. Reports may be made anonymously. Tresmontana Ltd will not subject anyone to detriment for raising a genuine concern in good faith, even if that concern proves to be mistaken.

Any malicious or vexatious allegations will be treated as a serious matter and may result in appropriate action.

7. Responsibilities

The Managing Director of Tresmontana Ltd holds overall responsibility for this statement and for ensuring that appropriate policies and procedures are in place to prevent modern slavery. All personnel and subcontractors operating on behalf of Tresmontana Ltd share a responsibility to uphold the standards set out in this statement.

8. Review

This statement will be reviewed and updated annually, or sooner in the event of significant changes to our business, supply chain, or the legislative framework. It is approved and signed by the Managing Director.

Signed:
